WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations but if you have any issue at all with a product, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY TUMBLER TO SHIP OR BE READY FOR PICK UP?
Almost all of our tumblers are made to order so turnaround time is approximately 2-4 weeks. Because the epoxy requires so much curing time, and my delivery dates vary based on volume of orders when you purchase please refer to estimated shipping date before purchase. If you need a tumbler sooner, please reach out as arrangements may be able to be made. You may see the letters "RTS" noted on select tumblers, these are "Ready to Ship" and can be shipped out or picked up in 1-2 Days.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY TUMBLER?
All Crafty Squirrel tumblers should be hand washed only. Do not microwave or put them in the dishwasher. Do not soak. Avoid dropping your tumbler or leaving them in extreme temperatures for extended periods of time. Epoxy is sturdy but not indestructible, if dropped it can crack, chip or even shatter. Please handle your tumbler like you would a glass mug. I cannot repair dropped tumblers.
